My recent bailout comes on the heels of serious sleep deprivation.
I have been having some challenging experiences in my work.
This was in my email last night. hmmmm

We used to hear "sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never harm me." Well, forget about that one! Words can hurt - terribly! And it's okay to admit it. The good news is that words can also heal. Think about how good if feels to hear "I love you." Look at the way a person's face lights up when you say "You look so beautiful!" The world needs to stop using words as weapons, and work more on using words as medicine.
