Apparently I shouldn't be complaining about my taxes. I hear I have it much better than some. I still don't like to see so much money missing. I work hard. ugh
Last night I was in geezer chat. I think I may have offended a friend kind of bad. It wasn't my intention. I get that there are many people with special needs that are more able to get services these days. I have done my fair share of volunteer work around these issues. I still don't think it is good enough for those people. I was talking about the other people.
Here is what I was talking about. This is exert from a Clint Eastwood Interview. He just turned 76.
My father had a couple of kids at the beginning of the Depression. There was not much employment. Not much welfare. People barely got by. People were tougher then.
We live in more of a pussy generation now, where everybody's become used to saying, "Well, how do we handle it psychologically?" In those days, you just punched the bully back and duked it out. Even if the guy was older and could push you around, at least you were respected for fighting back, and you'd be left alone from then on.
You can read the whole thing if you want.
Interview from Esquire
I think this is very true. I think it goes farther than this too. We are a sick generation of people. We eat the crappiest food EVER. Yes it's plentiful, but crap!!! Processed food are killing a nation as well as the chemically covered foods and the genetically modified food.
Is mental illness, cancer, heart disease and the long long list of sickness that the people in our country suffer from related to the unhealthy lifestyles we live.
That was my point last night and we are a pussy generation. Pills don't fix everything people!!! If we take better care of ourselves and toughen up a bit maybe we wouldn't be so fucked up. Eat healthy foods.
So I was a bit offending last night but whatever. I come here for the friends and to lighten up my life.
I am currently caring for a mama that is choosing to end her babies life due to extreme deformities that will impact that baby's life in a very extreme way. I spoke on the phone last night with another mama that's baby died in birth a year and a half ago and she just found out she is pregnant with twins and she is scared. A couple of months ago one of my mama's was diagnosed with cancer. She has since had her baby. Now she doesn't want to treat the cancer medically, she wants alternatives. Some heavy stuff people.
The majority of the time my life is all mellow and the care I give people is nice and sweet and straight forward and then there are those rare times.
So please note I am here for the friends and to lighten my life up.
and... we (actually my yourngest son) got a new pet hamster last night. She is crazy. Her name is Brownie. She really likes to run in her wheel. We all just sat around her cage laughing and smiling last night.

People are retarded hun. At the end of the day, it is still the internet and you are not here for any reasons other than your own. People as a whole are a bunch of spoiled pussies that would perish if they couldn't live without their daily unnecessities. "OMFG, the drive thru is closed, how am I going to eat????"
