Ok so the planet is aligning itself just right for me.
I am currently making big changes. There is unfortunately still some drama that goes with change. I am trying not to focus on it though. It is hard when someone (the old boss) kind of lashes out when I say I want to make changes. ughh. I will be there for a bit more to make a smooth transition for the clients.
So I am going up on Monday to work my first day at the new place. I am exited. I hope that it goes really well.
I'm sure it will though. I am really comfortable with what I do. But still it's change.
I have to move. I have to talk to my kids about this. I think transition for children is always kind of hard. I hope it all goes smoothly for their sake. I don't want them to stress to much. New home, new schools, no friends. They will adapt. We all will.

So I thought I would ask some quesitons.

Have you ever had a weird experience quitting a job?
Do you take things personally?
How many times have you moved in your life?
What's for breakfast today?
Did you ever have to move while you were in school?
Do all your glasses match in your kitchen?
What is the last thing you had to drink?
Are you tired?

SPOILERS! (Click to view)

Have you ever had a weird experience quitting a job? This time is probably the weirdest. Once I worked in OB in Arizona and they actually cried and bought me gifts when I left. That was really weird. So much better than this one. This one is a well I never liked you anyway kinda thing. I have been there 1 1/2 years and attended about 40 births there. WTF??? I'm kinda confused. Well not really it's her not me. I have good things and good connections. It's all OK.

Do you take things personally? Obviously. I am trying not to. I am trying to do that four aggreements stuff as well as the secret. I need to shift my stuff in a bad way today. ahhhhhhh {{{{{{breathe}}}}}}

The Four Agreements...

1. Be Impeccable With Your Word
Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.

2. Don't Take Anything Personally
Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering.

3. Don't Make Assumptions
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.

4. Always Do Your Best
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret

How many times have you moved in your life? Well I lived in the same house until I was 19. Then I moved to Ohio (2) then Texas (2) then Northern Cali (2) then Oregon (6) and a brief stay with my mom in Arizona (1). So that's 13. This one coming will make 14. Yeah 14.

What's for breakfast today? I don't know yet. Maybe I will go out all by myself for eggs florentine. I need to do some studying.

Did you ever have to move while you were in school? Nope. I changed schools a lot but no moves.

Do all your glasses match in your kitchen? I wish. I buy matching glasses they get broke then there are all these random jars.

What is the last thing you had to drink? diet pepsi last night

Are you tired? I'm always tired. Always.

Have you ever had a weird experience quitting a job? yeah, like quitting a job that I really loved because I was told we'd be getting laid off in six weeks, only to find out that as soon as I left the situation resolved itself and everyone kept their jobs mad

Do you take things personally? Sometimes...but not as much as I used to

How many times have you moved in your life? way too many to remember!

What's for breakfast today? I made french toast with strawberries and nectarines, smothered in butter and brown sugar

Did you ever have to move while you were in school? Many, many times! My dad was career Navy, and never got over the urge to move every two years!

Do all your glasses match in your kitchen? I think at least two of them do wink

What is the last thing you had to drink? Non-alcoholic? Water Alcoholic beverage? Shot of Jose Cuervo with lemon and salt biggrin biggrin biggrin

Are you tired? all day, every day!

Heya missy!

I didn't realize your man had been gone for a month as well. I knew he was out of town for work, just not that he was gone a month. Just wondering if that was the longest month in the whole entire world for you?! It sure seemed to be for me surreal

Hope you have an awesome homecoming for him! kiss kiss

Good luck with the changes. A few years ago I changed jobs and my old boss lashed out at me too. I remember it hurt as I really thought we were friends. But then I realized part of the reason I wanted the change is that she was not a very good boss.
There is a Buddhist saying "Is it so?" So when people talk shit I remind myself of this saying.

Have you ever had a weird experience quitting a job? Yes, see above. I quite and my old boss was very hostile and did a lot of things that were very shameful. But at the end of the day I am happy.

Do you take things personally? Always. I really do care about what people think of me. I want to be well liked and accepted. I am working on not letting my ego take control of me.

How many times have you moved in your life? Hummm... I can count eleven moves

What's for breakfast today? Blueberry yogurt

Did you ever have to move while you were in school? Yes, I moved four times my senior year in high school... but never changed schools.

Do all your glasses match in your kitchen? Ha, no.

What is the last thing you had to drink? Coffee

Are you tired? I am feeling tired today
