Again here weeeeeee gooooooo ------> rapid blogging.

Today has been a nice long day. I went to the jewish deli with the kids this morning, went to visit a friend, cleaned my house (well I'm still working on that), and now the eldest son is cooking dinner.

I decided to help the son out a bit with the lovely salad that he was making(straight out of the garden) by grating some beets. Beets have to be one of my most favorite things. I remember some years back I had a friend that loved beets so much. She would wrap them in foil and bake them in the oven and eat them right out of the foil. That's not really my style. I like fresh beets. I like them grated on salads. They don't actually have to be in salad they can actually be all by themselves. They are also good with blue cheese and sunflower seeds, or with grated carrots, onions and fresh grated ginger. Beets rock!!! They really do. OH I do like pickeled beets too. Just not as much as fresh. Beets beets beet. You know what else I love about beets. I love the color that they stain my hands. Such a beautiful reddish fushia beety color. So with my self proclaimed love for beets I was wondering some things.

Obviously beets!!! Little orange sunburst tomatoes come second ---> I forgot to plant them this year. damn it
I love medium rare Ribeye steak. But I like most food. Not bell peppers thought ooooooo yuck!!!
I sometimes drink water. I thought for awhile I should wear a bracelet that said water on it. Maybe i'll just tattoo it on my wrist. DRINK WATER blush
Yes I eat "Organic". I would only have og in the house if the hubby wasn't part of the decision. He wants to get the most for the money. I do too. We just see that in different ways. So we eat about half and half. But I do like to eat out. I know they don't use og. I think that the half that we do makes a difference. New year all Organic. I may go hunting too so that I can get a freezer full of our own basicllay organic wild meat.
My favoirte drink changes from time to time. I'm still hooked on Margarita's. I need to branch out. Do you have any suggestions?
My favorite color is standard blue. Like the crayon. Just plain ole blue. I have no idea why. I have nothing that color. When I see it it makes me happy. Blue just plain ole blue.
The one with me on my hands and knees. Yup that's it, thats my favorite.
Over 2 weeks ago. He is out of town and he will be for another 2 weeks. eeek
In my bed. It's the new bed though. We thought it was a quiet bed at first. Turns out to not be such a quite bed.
