I've been so busy lately and it's only going to speed up.
I have 4 babies due right now and I am praying they will all come on their own day.
My step children will be here tomorrow. The house will be buzzing with the craziness of 5 children from the ages of 6 to 12. Pray for me.
The summer will also be filled with several other exciting adventures. Yes I will be taking my exams for licensure. I am planning some grant writing to offer Childbirth Ed to low income families too. Oh and Kara and I are planning to teach a water pregnancy workshop that will hopefully turn into a weekly class.
Like I said I'm busy!!!! I like it that way though, as "Idle hands are the Devil's tools" No really. If I slow down in life I always seem to get into some sort of trouble. I think I am getting to an age that trouble isn't so exciting. So I am trying to steer clear and enjoy my happy little life, drama free.
Last week one of my mama's paid me with a beautiful bed frame. She was going to sell it to pay me. I really liked it though so we bi-passed the third person and the $$. I feel like any day now I will get paid with chickens, as the economy is only getting worse. It's OK though at least I will be eating.
So with the new bed frame all set up the husband and I went and purchased a new Queen mattress and boxspring. This is a big deal for me. Some of you may think this is crazy and others may totally understand but this is the first new mattress I have had in my entire life. I have always lived off hand me down beds. So I was overtaken by an interestingly humble feeling after we gave the bed people $400.00.
Oregon has been cold. I don't know when the weather is planning to stay warm, but I am ready.
