I woke up this morning thinking what on Earth is wrong with me.
I haven't completely recovered from the migraine that I had a week ago.
Not sure what that's all about.

So after my cranky spell passed this morning I said this has got to change.

So I started thinking about water.
I haven't been drinking any water.
No wonder I have been feeling so icky.
Water is essential to life and people all around the world struggle to get it.

So as I was still in bed I grabbed a big glass of water and my box of Perelandra flower essences and got to work. I haven't used my flower essences for quite awhile. I was reminded to use them when I went for aqua cranio sacral therapy on Friday last my friend Kara of Maia Healing Arts. She is a craniosacral therapist.

OK I'm back. Keep reading...

Anyhow she used kinesiology to pick some flowers for me. So that's what I did this morning. My flowers were; cauliflower, comfrey and dill. I could tell you all about that. But for those of you that I haven't lost already that might be it and I really want you to keep reading.

So I started by using Masuro Emoto's idea of talking to the water. Dr. Emoto and many of his readers believe that water holds the potential to create peace on earth. Dr. Emoto and many of his readers believe by holding the intention of peace towards water by thinking, speaking and acting with the intention of peace toward water water can and will bring peace to our bodies and to the world.

OK some of you may think this is crazy. It's not. While I was in Mexico I went to visit a midwife. Not the one I was living with. Well this midwife had a beautiful painting on her wall. I asked what is the mandala. She told me in Spanish that is was the crystals that water forms when you say thank you to the water.

Then last week a friend of mine came to visit me at work. She said we have been reading all about Masuro Emoto's work. You see her 3 year old has Autism and she is looking for everything available to help him. So she is telling the water thank you and writing love on the outside of all the family glasses.

So when I woke up this morning thinking of water I knew this is where I needed to go. I put my mouth over the glass and said thank you then I wrote love on my glass and told the water I love you. Yes I really did all that. I actually did it a couple times. I am really working at being at peace in the world and with the world as well. I then put one drop of eat of the flowers essences in my water. Then I drank it up. Yummy yummy... It tasted just like water but believe it or not it was better. The water was really cool and crisp and yummy. OH I can't explain it. It was just better than usual.

I know this may be a bit silly or to far out for some of you. No harm to foul. Say Thank you and I love you to your water and you might just start to feel really good.

Oh and aparently this works with tattoos as well as we are bodies of water. You put good messages on them and your body will responde in a good way. Now that is something to think about now isn't it.

Did you notice Kara signed her letter gratitude and love? wohhhh I think sh'e onto something as she speaks to all these bodies of water. Go vote for her OK. It might not be a big deal to you but she is doing really good things and she is in 2nd place for $10,000. She is doing amazing things to better the community I live it. Oh here I go... I'm going to tell you all that I am using the Secret to attract good things to my life.

1st... Everything will go good with my midwifery exam process. I will get certified Nationally and Locally without problem.

2nd... I am releasing sadness and anxiety about situations that I can not change.

3rd... I will get a Cannon Rebel Digital camera in the next 6 months.

I know that all these things are in place for me.
