I went out with some of the girls this weekend. We had such a great time. We ate, drank, danced and had so much fun. I am blessed to have such nice people in my life.

Christmas was good.
Well well well... We all made it through Christmas. We didn't have a lot of money this year so the boys only got a couple of presents. They were really happy though. Something about the simplicity of the whole event made them feel very happy. We made sure to only get them things that they asked for or things needed.

Oak got a money box with a key from Santa. He loves money and likes to save it for special things. We also got hime the history of Mexican Wrestling book. You see Oak is very much planning to to be a WWE super star. I would have to say the boy probably has more wrestling books than anyone else ever. Oh and an itty bitty little am/fm radio.
Rainey got a wallet with a chain from Santa. You see he looses his wallet and his lunch card on a daily basis. He got that trait from me. I always loose my keys. We also got Rainey an HP Lovecraft book. He wanted to read "the Call of Cthulhu". We also got him a boom box.

I got Darren some Dickey's and a Halo 3 shirt. He was happy with them and they looked good too. He will wear clothes into the ground, so it was really nice to see him looking nice on the holiday.
He, Darren my hubby, got me a flask. hahaha. Oh I have wanted one for a long time. It's not as if I drink all of the time. I just think it is a fun and quirky little gto have and I am the quirky one here.
Rainey got me Moulin Rouge---> I love it. It is a favorite. I have watched it ten times since Christmas Eve. It is Spectatcular Spectaclular ---> and I am such the bohemian SAP.
I bet you all didn't know I love to Tango
Without Trust There is NO LOVE!!!!!
Then Oak my little son Oak the 8 year old bought me a beautiful diamond necklace. I said "Oak it is beautiful I love it". He said "It was the cheapes one they had it was $10.00". I love what he said just about as much as I love that he picked a sparkelly for me. You know diamonds are a girls best friend.
Grandma sent some money which really helped us to pull off a nice little Christmas and it got the boys each a Hickory Farms Sausage and Cheese pack. They wanted them. They were jealous of their dad and Darren because they got some sausages. Totally weird I know, but as they opened them we heard a big "YES". and then we left the house and our stupid dog Nanook that we love so much ate all of Oak's sausage. Rainey was nice enough to share his. That dog really pisses me off some days.

I wish again that I could have given all of my loved ones a gift or even a card. Someday I will be better at that I promise. I really do love you all and wish that we could have all spent the holidays together. I miss those days, though long ago for some of us, yet not so long ago for others. I love you all!!!
The New Year is going to be a very big year for me. I will grow and change and take care of some serious business.

Blessings.
A little add on here...
I just got a Christmas card in the mail from Ta2dMom and a bonus check in the mail from the OB clinic I teach at once a month. Such a super cool mail day.
