Well aren't there some yucky bugs going around. OMG!!! I"m not sure that I know a single person that is not sick right now. I was inspired to day to be well. One of the midwives that I work with said I don't believe in sick I want let it have the power over me. Then I looked to the right at the other midwife laying on the floor saying I don't feel good. OK my inspiration--->it doesn't have the power over me. I should buy stock in Emergen-C right away. Can you mix it in a marguerita. Well I don't see why not. Drinks for al my friends, hey.

Ok but really I have had 3 different bugs in 3 weeks. This week, holy crap, I had the weirdest thing. Last night I was sweating and my sacrum actually felt like it was breaking. This was accompanied by sore throat, runny nose, and head ache. But really I will not let it take me and I really am on the up an up.
Myspace is such a trip. I have been finding and being found by so many people from my past. It has been such a walk down memory lane and the nostalgia has such a bittersweet taste. My newest group of reconnections comes from 13 years ago from a time when I lived and worked in the California Redwoods. I lived in dorms with all of the people I worked with. It was one of the coolest times in my entire life. If you haven't been to the California Redwoods, do it before you die. It is a life altering and amazingly magical there. I used to live up on top of a hill that over looked the Pacific Ocean and the mouth of the Klamath River. There is nothing like it in the world.
OH but the mouth of the river was actually on the other side when I lived there. I slept on the sand bar there several times and even swam on the river side right there. I was always scared a shark was in the estruary and it was going to get me. haha
Life is such a cool ride. Sometimes I enjoy it more than other times. I am currently in a good place and all of the puzzle pieces seem to be fitting together well and the picture is looking good. It's funny how things can work out I can be sick with a cold and feel so great mentally that the world all seems like an incredible and fabulous thing. I guess sometimes the puzzle or the vision is just clearer than it is at other times.

Enjoy the night, the day, whatever it may be. Who knows this may be it. We may only have one shot and only we have the power to be what who we are, the power to change our world, our minds and our reality.
I know it's not always easy to remember that. Right now, I got it and I feel clear.
