It funny how one can live a life on constant interaction and when that interaction is not present sadness sets in.

I have always been quite social. I would have to say a social butterfly. I can move freely in and out of multiple groups very comfortably. It's a gift I guess. However, it has always left me with the feeling of not fitting in anywhere. So as an only child, aries woman, born to a teenage mom, I have learned to do my best at being OK with that. I am very independant--->sometimes to a flaw, and selfish--->some would say. It's just that they don't understand me.
I am a ball of light and sometimes I burn hot and sometimes I burn out. But today, today is so good. I jumped back into my groove last night. I worked all day and taught all night. I had my moment of impact and that is what I thrive on. I love to plant seeds in the minds of those that desire and seek information.
I sat with an amazing group of men and women last night. I watched them peak their minds out their little doors of curiosity and I saw their houses expand. I love teaching. I feel happy and alive today. I look forward to spending the next couple weeks with these people. I can't wait to see how their stories play out.
In the five years that I have been teaching independant childbirth education I have sat with hundreds of couples. I am proud to say that they say that they felt empowered and changed through the classes that I have taught. I have a unique outlook on pregnancy, birth and parenting and I love to share it with whomever will listen.
I feel strongly that positive birth will in turn create a more positive earth. What child really wants to grow up hearing how horrible their birth was anyway. The day a human being takes their first breath should be celebrated with more than a birthday, but with a positive memory. I believe that support, faith, courage and intuition are the keys to that expereince.
A favorite movie clip of mine from "the Labyrinth".
Sometimes we all need "Helping Hands"
Which way would you like to go? UP? or Down?
Enjoy today, tommorrow and the next day.
Blessings!!!

The play was great though. It's a good story regardless of how much credence I give to divinity.
