I guess this will be my first blog on S.G
Well where to start.
I decided to try out Bikrum Yoga this morning. Overall experience, wasn't to bad at first. Once the class got started into its third pose, I was already dripping with sweat all over my body!! Man I never throught yoga can be that hard!! Let alone I was the only guy in the class. But I must say I quite enjoyed the experience and stretching out all my muscle in my body feel great!
Straight after yoga, I hit the gym. Thank god for pre workout !! It gave me the strength and energy to complete a full session workout of my shoulders. Man aren't I tired now!!!
Worst thing is I still got 8 hours of work to look forward too. But before that I will need a hot shower and sushi!!!
