today I walked into work on yet another day off and quit my job. it fels so good. I sugar-coated my talk with my boss because I still wanted to remain on good terms for reference use. but I have a really good way of telling someone I'm not happy and a situation isnt fair without offending them too much. I cant afford to work for a aplace that cant afford to pay em I told my boss flat out and on that note I had to excuse myself because I had an interview downtown, haha. so tommorrow I go in to pick up my last paycheque, which will probably be nothing, but whatever...it'll be closure.
so unemployed in the world again, its kinda scary. I had an interview today that went ok. Graphic Designers for cell phone gaming and PDAs...good money to be made there, they want me to come back tommorrow for more review and to basically give me a rundown of salary etc...and if I'd be making more at the other job offer I have, which I have an interview for tommorrow morning. I dunno tho, its all run by a bunch of Gamers and they werent really impressed that I wasnt on the X-box wagon, haha. I laughed and said "well I didnt realize it was a pre-requisite, haha".
had a great weekend, Montreal friend down again had a night out with the gang on saturday after my son's birthday and got to chill with him and my son at his mothers house by their pool....awesome day but ohhhhh man, did I ever get the worst sunburn of my life because of it! even carrying my purse on my shoulder today was painful! and its so sticky and hot in Ottawa now that sleeping is almost unbearable unless I have a damp cloth and a fan handy....I need to get an air-conditioner!!

watched the movie Aviator with my friend last night and we patted each other down with Aloe, I'm so glad I'm not a hypochondriac like the dude in the movie...I'm pretty sure thered be waaaay to many germs in my house.
also wanted to mention that I heard Journey's song "small town girl" on the radio today and it made me think of San Fran and Thee Parkside.....I miss you guys so much! I had a dream I was back in San Fran at the hostel and all the kids I met were still there....and then i called Frenchy but my cellphone died (why do my cell phones always die in my dreams?? is there some kinda fucked up inner meaning to that? haha). if I had enough money I'd fly you all down here for Canada Day...biggest party in Canada right here in the capital...cant wait!
