So this guy who is kinda my no-dangerous stalker, yet still a friend, (do I just keep him a friend because I worry that he'll go berserker if I don't? not sure on that part just yet) anyway, he wanted me to dye his hair a fun color, no big whoop. I can do that. but then he mentioned he wanted the EXACT SAME RED AS MINE. Mutual friends who are much better at stating things severely than I (mink you rock) talkedhim into doing a more natural color, an auburn red or something, I expected this to be the color he would bring to my house for the dying session. He arrived with MY RED. Had me go to get bleach for him and everything. I didn't completely freak out, but I did try to alter his plans a little and bleached his hair out and said hey let's try just the tips in red! He liked it when it was done but decided his wife would freak. (why she would freak over white hair with red tips and not freak over all over crayon red is beyond me) so we ended up doing his whole head red, yep exactly like mine. I call it single white female red. I think he actually did get a bit of an ego boost, which is what i intended from the get-go, but today I'm a little spooked about it. I imagined going to derby functions etc standing next to him with our matchy matchy hair and I feel a bit ooooey. So my only option is to switch up colors if I can afford it. Gonna go shopping shortly, maybe pick up some flamingo pink or violet. Hope it comes out ok. Too bad though i really loved my red. But switching up will be fun at least until I have to go all corporate normal again.


Bhahahaha y'all are gonna love this. I bleached and dyed my hair "cotton candy pink" um it's red. yeah it's red.with lovely stripes of orange. very eternal sunshine. So a complete waste of money and time to go from red to yeah red. hahahahahah! I am a dork and the suck.Evening it out with you guessed it red today.Have some nice dark blue leftover maybe I'll play with some streaks.
