So, I was ditched at the company XMas party last nite.

I should start from the beginning!
Day before yesterday my boss had an appt. with my friend Eriq to have his hair colored. I was secretly hoping they would hit it off... knowing that Dan has a thing for the cute Latin boys, and Eriq loves older men with money... and they did. Dan invited Eriq to our Xmas party as my date (he already had one)
So at the Xmas party, the both slip out after dinner and never came back. Silly kids.... I'm really amused 'cause Eriq is usually such a prude.
At any rate, I'm still sick, and I have nowhere to be for a couple weeks. (Job #1 is over, thank god, and #2 doesn't start till Feb) I haven't had so much time to myself in years.... I'm actually pretty excited about it. In fact, I'm going to go curl up on the couch with some tea and watch cartoons.
Life is good....
