WOW lots going on!
Tomorrow I am doing my first shoot for SG! I am so excited. So in anticipation, I've tried to make my own stockings. Harder than I thought. I have very little clothes making experience, so it was entirely guess work.
My plan was to take some tights, cut them at the crotch so they are thigh highs. Then I soaked them in bleach so they are this cool splotchy pattern. Then I wanted to put elastic in the top so they would stay up, then put a cool trimming around the top. Sounds easy right? Well, I messed it all up. I'll have stockings for tomorrow, just not my ideal ones! But that's okay! I need to remember that the reason I am doing this on my own is because I want to learn! And I've figured a lot out today! So these won't be the BEST stockings, no. But I have done something on my own and that's something to be proud of!
Also, I now have a pet cat. It kinda has been hanging out around my flat for a few days coming in every time someone opened the door. So I've just taken it in and gotten some kitty litter and food for it. My flatmate is allergic though... but I'm growing quite attached. We'll see what happens. Acceptance is key and it's what's best for the cat. I don't know who the owners are but if we manage to find them of course they can have the darling back!
Also.... I've got a date with a lady tomorrow! Need I say more? ;) tomorrow is a super exciting day, wish me luck on shooting and date!!
