Nothing can quite compare to tasty leftover ravioli and three glasses of cabernet at 3:00 on a lovely afternoon, shared with a groovy friend (with a fake ID.) I felt so chic.

In other news, my classes start tomorrow. Oh boy. I have the most insane schedule, too; I'll be running all over campus every day, from one end to the other. At least I won't have to get up before 9:00, ever. I'm actually pretty excited for things to get rolling. I'm getting bored with nothing [read: no one] to do. I need some work to do so I can procrastinate properly through the Wonders of Science.
Ooh, and I get my bike back from the shop tomorrow, all shiny and tuned. But I also need to buy a helmet when I get it (stupid guilt-tripping parents). I look the consumate dork in every bike helmet I've ever tried on, so we'll see how often it gets worn. I'm torn between my desire to not look (and thus feel) like a "Special" kid and my desire not to undergo the sort of brain trauma that would actually make me one. Hrmph. Hopefully my friendly neighborhood bike shop clerks will assist me in picking the least unattractive one available. And then I will do likewise with the clerks I MEAN my my did I type that out loud?
