Work was good yesterday. In fact it was a lot of fun and I'm not sure why. There was a large handful of new people...who are here for Christmas. So I had to kinda help and train 2 or 3 of them on my cash. I just had to move to the side of my cash and let them use it. Then just make sure they don't screw up. Makes my job easy casue I don't really have to do anything. Then after they left it seemed the crazy stupid customers showed up. I really don't understand people. I think this customer was the high light of the night:
Customer said "If I have a book that isn't sealed can I return it?"
I said "Sealed in like shrink wrap?" (ok dumb question to ask)
"Yes" she said
"Yes of cousre you can return it, but what type of book is it?" (I was thinking it must be some huge hardcover cuase we only seal expensive books)
"Oh its just a little paper back novel, you know a fiction book" ( I didn't even know what to say. I don't think a fiction book has EVER been sealed. So I was a little shocked that she was even asking me this)
"Ok well do you have the book?"
"No it's at home I just wanted to make sure I COULD return it cause it wasn't sealed." And she walked away.
Where do these people come from???

I wish I could go back to bed, but I have to leave for work in an hour.Well it looks like Halloween is almost here and its almsot time to carve the pumpkin. I'm not very good at that. Mine always looks like an 8 year old did it. I have no idea why cause I do it just like everyone else. Oh well. Saturday is the first dau of Samhain. For those of you who have no idea what Samhian is, its a wiccan hoilday. I'll get into the details tomorrow. Anyone have any big plans for Halloween?
