I was driving around in my car and was coming up to a 4 way stop. The van that was heading towards me was slowing down to stop too. I was watching them. The driver turned to face the passenger and began talk to them...IN SIGN LANGUAGE! That made me stop and think. I wonder if a lot of accidents are caused by people talking in sign language and not been able to hold onto the steering wheel.
