Hello kiddies! The husband got back yesterday (great timing no?) and now is off to stand a twenty four hour duty day. So that leaves me nothing to do today....FREE TIME IS SO NEAT! No more cleaning no more running around like a chicken with it's head cut off! So what trouble should I get into....hmmmm? I'm open for suggestion!
I hope all you guy had great valentines/single awareness day! I figure if you're gonna celebrate the day a saint was slaughtered you might as well do it in style...no what I'm saying?
Also I finally had to give up on my wearing my wedding ring. I discovered that the other day when I got a rash...YET AGAIN from wearing it. Though on a funny note it's not like it looks like I'm not wearing it...it just looks like my ring is a pink band on my finger. I think this is a good excuse to finaly getting my knuckles tattoo'ed. Now I simply must wait for this pesky rash to go away! GAH! Well if any thing atleast it's a good excuse for me to go and buy a new Sparkly! I love me some sparklies!
Tomorrow one of my bestest friends ever is supposed to be coming home after a year long deployment to the middle east. He tells me I might get a phone call to come pick him up....that would be.....NEAT. However he also mentioned that it might be at four in the morning. Now boys and girls the painted lady is really not much of a morning person. I have even told my husband to go die when he attempted to wake me up (though I don't remember this) so I'm only slightly paranoid that I will get a phone call tomorrow morning and tell my poor friend to take a long walk off of a short pier!
On an interesting note...I met two people from SG808 yesterday when I was waiting for my husband to get off of his ship. It took me like five minutes to muster up the courage to say anything (I'm such a dork!). It just goes to show what a small world it is though! Go figure that it would be the new operations officer off my husbands ship and his old lady.
