So everything is all said and done....YAY!!! Glory haleluja! For all intensive purposes everthing went well. To be honest with you I didn't even care that people didn't really dress up for it. I just wanted it to be over.
The reception was a blast! Good food, good times, and awesome people were there. It wasn't the biggest wedding ever but the people really made it all worth it. Well that and the thousand dollar check that my mom and dad gave us for a new car....YAY!!!! I never knew getting married would be so profitable!
In all honesty the money wasn't the best gift I recieved though. One of my great aunts sent a picture of her wedding in 1945 and right beside her was my grandmother. She was such an awesome lady and I had so little time to get to know her before she past on. It's good to finally have a picture of her. I gave my mother the only one I had after my grandmother passed away so she could have a photo of her mother and little me.
One thing I will say Squishy looks like one slick sexy bastard in the suit he got. Even better was the shirt that he wore to the reception. It said "It's time to Boom Boom with the Bridesmaids!"
Today the unthinkable happened for me! I FINALLY GOT TO SLEEP IN!!!!!! YAY!!!! Granted I did wake up to discover that my friend slept over just to be with my sister in law. I never realized how annoying young puppy love it. When ever I started dating her brother we either hung out with ever one or we went off by ourselves. I forgot how younger people do it. I think it's uncanny how two people can act like no one else is there when they are enamored with one another. Eh....kids grow up so fast these days ::sniff::
