So some assholes egged my new car.. while I was in it... I chased them and they almost hit a minivan and a couple of pedestrians. So I stop chasing them not before I get their plates though.

I call the 's and they say the will send someone by. 5 hours later no one has showed... as a matter of fact no one ever showed.

Then while I am driving on the freeway stuck in traffic 3 cars pass me in the commuter lane with one person in the car to top it off a CHP is right in front of me and doesn't even do anything.

I am trying really hard to do the right thing. I have people that can run the plates for me, and I could do something very evil to them. I am losing the little faith I had in the justice system.
