So, it turns out antidepressants make me suicidal. So it's like TV always taught me when I was a kid, drugs don't solve anything. Shit.

When ever i am down, i try to think of 3 good things in my life. they can be simple things like "i have a pillow"
and then i realize that things could be worse for somebody else.
