best day i ever had:

the best day i ever had was when i was somewhere in elementary school. i think between 3rd and 5th grade. my parents were going to disneyland for the day with some friends. i had been sick the last two days. so i decided to fake sick and stay home. it was a friday. my parents left with their friends sometime around 8-9. i sat on the couch and watched tv and munching a bag of hershey's kisses. shoving the wrappers in my pillowcase. which i later got in trouble for. i know i primarily watched Disney channel then. i remember watching Madeline. you know, the short french girl. with the yellow hat. and the house with the ivy all over the front. i learned about fromagerie's, where they make cheese in france. i can't remember what else was on tv. mid-day, i took a nap. and it was the single best thing i've ever experienced. i fell asleep and woke up in the warm sun. was out for around two hours. i remember smiling for a bit. and waking up then was the best memory i have to date. i can't think of any reasoning for posting besides i thought of it today. and i wanted to have it somewhere in case i ever forget.
today i read 20 pages out of four different randomly chosen books at the bookstore. then i napped in the van. i don't think i've spoken more than eight or nine sentences today.
i feel bad for people who have never seen the ocean. i get to see a wide gaping pacific ocean two to three times a week driving up the coast for work. and its differently beautiful every time.
its all about the balance tho.
to counteract this complacent thoughtful day.
i'm gonna go cook up some stones and get based!
haha, nah. but i would. i'm bored enough with sedatives.
but for now i have better ways to spend my money.
