I Pumped the fuck outta legs tonight. Can't wait to feel it in the morning 😆. Next couple of days are gonna suck. But it'll be worth it when I reach my goal. Time to shower and call it a night. Night y'all 🤘.

Alright no more fucking around. My goal for year 36 is to get swole AF💪💪💪. Last two days I quit drinking and smoking. No more distraction, only spending my 💰 on my membership, food , and new clothes. And whatever my babies need. Really fucking pumped! The goal is 200 pounds, got 60 more to go. Dirty bulking all day everyday.
