I'm leaving to New York tomorrow at noon and will be there till the 14th. I'm going to be staying at my cousin's place in Brooklyn for a couple of days, meet my sister and mom at the airport so we could go to D.C. for a night, and the last leg of my trip will be back to New York in Manhattan staying with my step aunt.
New York will be interesting on a $300 budget, I decided I will do the whole $20 a day thing on food, $100 on museums/tourist attractions, and the last remaining $100 will be spent on whatever I want shopping wise.
I'm really excited about New York and my soon to be museum and thrift store/flea market adventures is my main objective.
I want to check out the industrial night life and it's popular club Albion. The crazy part is the next Saturday after I live is when one of the guys from VNV will be a feature guest DJ at Albion.
My cousin Siri is seriously my favorite cousin in the world. She's the cousin I always looked up to as kid and now I get to hangout with her. She's in her late 20s and I'm 22 so it's the first time I get to check out the bars and nightlife with her. She has this quaint apartment in Brooklyn and it's going to be fun.
When I get back Jay is going to be picking me up from the Sky Harbor at 11pm and we're going to go straight to Tranz afterwards to hang out with the group. Other then that I hope everyone has a safe weekend and if anyone misses me be at Tranz next Friday night so we could catch up.
