Hey guy's...
Been a while since I've posted, sorry about that. Been a little busy. But I've been having fun.
First off, I gotta say I've got the coolest girlfriend ever. Not only does she have a geek fetish (something which most of you SG's out there can relate to), but she also is discovering she's a geek herself! See, I got the 20th Anniversary DVD of Transformers The Movie last week, and the first thing she say's is that she wants to get high and watch it with me. Now imagine my amazement when I hear this uttered by my girlfriend! Now here's where it gets surreal. As we're watching it, after many gasps and "Oh Shit!!!", she yells out "This is fucking awesome!". I then knew I had to make her mine forever!!! Hehehehe... But seriously, how freaking cool is it to find someone who's not only willing to take a chance doing the things you like to do, but also finds out she likes them as well. Hell, one week later, last saturday she suggested we do the same thing!! Of course she kind of passed out on the couch and we didn't get to do it, but again, how cool is that?!?!?!
Anyways, amongst other things, I started the studio with my partner. and we're inthe process of getting our shit together. I did the logo, which I kind of like allot. Here's a shot of it.
I'm gonna be working on the redesings of my characters for the Hybrid Genesis story I'm doing, as well as some cover art. We'll also be hitting some cons, including the Mega Con in Orlando (I'm looking at you Jessie
) Hopefully this will get my ass in gear and into working on some comic books again.
So all in all things are going pretty good, and since nice little stages in life like this one come by not too often, I'm milking this one for all it's worth.
I'll keep you posted on the progress and post some sketches as they come allong. And maybe I'll post some naughty pics of Denise if she's game.
