As you can see if you look through my blogs my mood swings pretty quick and now I am home with my 2 dogs Ryda and Cesar I am back at peace. No matter how dark life gets if my 2 boys are nearby I can screw my head back on a little.
After 3 hours sleep and a trip to the dog park it's time for the Gym. It's been a few days and I all i have been doing is sitting on my arse driving a train, sleeping on a train or watching life go by on a train.
Anyway, I have my 1st psychiatrist appointment tomorrow as my psychologist thinks I have A.D.D. I believe it goes deeper than that and it appears I maybe also some what BiPolar, but no matter what you can see by my previous blogs I am fucking mental.
To those I hurt, it isn't my intention. I wish I knew how to love properly and not like a lunatic. Anyway, I am trying to sort shit out and its hard working in a high risk high paying job and maintain an appearance of normalcy, lucky i work with some other complete loons.
Anyway, thank you to all my SG friends for giving me a place to vent and feel normal being a complete fucking nutcase. Your words are always helpful even if they are critical. Sometimes I do just needed to be reminded in some way to pull my fucking head in.
