Well I am having problems getting back sleep.Booked on at 2330 last night and off at 8am. Have 8 hrs.to sleep before work again. Got a solid 3 hrs but now awake but slightly exhausted.
At home i have black plastic on the window to assist withn sleeping but this hotel in Taillem Bend is bright as. All i can do to block the traffic noise from the highway 50 metres next door is put on the air con (on heat of course) but its the light that is the killer.
Awesome news was i got to work and see when i book off tonight about 200am Monday I am back on 6pm until 4am, so I think a sickie maybe in order. I have a 1hr PT session Tuesday morning and I ain't missing that but knowing me I will wuss out on the sickie and completely fuck myself up. Lucky got tues & wed off and start 630pm Thursday, well most of Tuesday anyway.
Well think that is a good vent. Stay awesome people and time to continue in a positive direction

Sleep is sacred in my book. Not that I'm religious. I find sometimes a nightcap helps.
