I had this thought a while ago at work...
You know how you have the voice inside of your head? Like, when you think your thoughts, you hear your own voice inside. Right? Well... do deaf people have that? I don't mean like, do deaf people think, because duh, of course they do, but that voice...that inner voice. How does that work when you've never heard your own actual physical voice or anyone else's for that matter.. Wonder's of the human brain I suppose, but I really wish I knew what the answer to that was.
