My grandfather died last night. He's been sick for about the last 6 months, he had lung cancer. In the end, I guess its good that its over for him, my parents said that he'd really gone downhill the last couple of days, and he didn't seem to be aware of what was going on around him. I saw him on Saturday and even then he was having trouble trying to express his thoughts and you could tell that it frustrated him. He looked so tired, I'm sad that he is gone, but I'm glad that he is at rest now.
