Hooray, despite the fact that I now have a friend, STILL no-one reads my journal. Yippee! Maybe my life is not interesting enough, maybe I'M not interesting enough. Whatever.
In fantastic spending-lots-of-money news, I finally have a fabulous Lulu of my very own! Thank you eBay. She stands proudly ontop of my computer, looking sexy and deadly, and dead sexy. Also in eBay news, another item I've FINALLY managed to procure for myself (damn comicworld for not ordering what I told them to order), the very fabulous Ryu Hayabusa statue that is super cool and super freaking rare. That should be coming this week. Oh and I've also finally finished my Clamp chess set! Its so cute, and I'm rather proud of the fact that I have the completely japanese version
I started a deviantArt page, but then realized that I have very little art that is actually completed. I wish I could find the CD or disk that has some of my older pieces on it, cause I know it exists somewhere. I mostly just want that picture of Nowhere that I colored, I'm still quite proud of it.
I need to finish my little fan-art of Pihka. *sigh* She's so pretty. I'm not sure that my drawing truly captures her, but its pretty close, I think. And I should get that drawing of Reagan scanned too.
I'm excited about going to Coldplay and Fiona Apple tonight, but the lazy part of me wishes it was some other day, because this is one of my few work holidays (ok, I get all the government holidays, but when you're constantly working O.T. it never seems like enough time off) I just wish I could lay around doing nothing, or just doing art stuff, or just playing Digital Devil Saga.
Its nice to see that Kaylie is a big hit with her pictures. I hope she's enjoying the site.
