Day 1 of quitting smoking - It's 7:37am and allready I'm tearing out my hair. I need to stop at the store and get gum or something.
2:48pm - broke down and bought a pack on my way to class. so far I've only smoked half of one ciggarette. Maybe Cold Turkey isn't the way to go?

i've barely ever made it past day one the times i have tried quitting. i guess i just haven't been in the right mindset when i have tried in the past.

Cold Turkey is waaaaay hard. Cutting down to a couple a day will make it much easier to just toss out the habit one day.
