Got my voice back to the dismay of everyone around me.
Still coughing constantly.. I think maybe all the black gunk in my lungs for smoking for 14 years is starting to come out. I quit a month ago. Proud of myself for that!
I put my son into day care today. 2 days a week for $139. It's ridiculous! Signing that paper was so hard though.. just knowing I would be leaving him in a strangers care for an entire day was frightening! But it's a nice place and he had a fun day today at his free trial.
At work though, I really got to play boss! I made a couple new policies, called customers and informed them their accounts were delinquent, and made administrative decisions since teh bosses were absent.
It's so weird having teh other employees come to me for solutions.. I don;t have any expierince managing! I guess this is how you get it.
Making my resume tonight.. that'll be a blast!

You should be proud of doing something as difficult as quitting. Remember, you are a minor diety - so telling a few little ol' coworkers what to do shouldn't be much of a problem...
