Things could be worse right? I could have cancer, or HIV or hepititus.. Any number of horrid diseases. Instead I get irritable bowel syndrome. How fucking embarrassing I don't even know why I'm sharing this.. I mean.. how much more personal can you get? Maybe because I'm in a slump and in the middle of a med change and dietary restrictions, and trying to quit caffiene and ciggarettes all at the same time.

damn, that sucks, but it could have been much worse, right? a friend of mine has irritable bowel syndrome, but by following the diet that they gave him it doesn't really bother him that much.
