I just got back from a nice walk along the lake with a couple coworkers. It was nice, albiet a bit brisk today. I'm really looking forward to warm weather frisbee. C'mon sunshine!
I bought a bunch of plants (flowers, veggies, herbs) for my garden yesterday. I turned the soil and hopefully tomorrow I'll get a chance after work to put some of those little plant-ies in the ground. I think it's going to be an awesome garden this year.

It was my first garden , I layed out the mesh ground cloth so I wouldn't have to do much weeding , and half of the space was taken up by the watermellons anyway 
Next year I'll build a short wood fence to keep the animals from being able to climb over and have a feeding frenzy again , the chain link fence was like a ladder for them

Old houses are money pits , there is problems with lead paint , outdated electrical , plumbing , and HVAC systems that had to be replaced , I had to replace 37 old drafty lead contaminated windows with modern dual pane windows . I have to have my six chimmenys relined , my oil company just called me and told me they wont warranty my oil tank but when everything is finished I will have my own little slice of heaven There is one crappy pic in my pics folder , and I will be adding more soon
