I'm really trying to stay active on here, since I am refusing to promote my SG set on Instagram (for the sake of my family's privacy in the small oh so gossipy town I live in), so hope you aren't sick of me and all my posts! So today, I tried naked yoga for the first time. Just in my living room, although how crazy would it be if there was a naked yoga class somewhere... Anyway, it was very fun, perhaps more so for my man who was watching and taking pictures. But also fun for me as I got to reap the benefits of his being all worked up from watching...
Any way... who else is a yogi? Do you ever practice in the nude? And thanks to my kitty for making a cameo...

yep, i love yoga. I teach Ashtanga and Hot Hatha. There is a co-ed nude class in Calgary somewhere...

Was very active about a year or two ago, but fucked up my wrist and can't do it now. Hoping that's not permanent. I used to do it in just underwear at home. Shirts tend to get in the way as the slide up your chest and into your face during downward dog and other poses. Naked yoga sounds awesome and good on your man for "agreeing" to document. Smart guy.
