Come to another opening in for a show in which I have work here in Boston! It's a national juried show at The Kingston Gallery in the south end (Kingston is on the upper level at the Harrison St galleries) this Friday the 6th from 5-7:30pm. So yeah, that's that. It's only one piece and I'm actually happier with the work in the Midway show at MassArt which is up until the 11th if you haven't see it.
I went to a terrible party last night but heard about a guy who went as 'naked' for Halloween. That's kind of cool. My friend was on the wagon for a while and I tried to get him to have drinks with me at the Silhouette and the Model last night as well...didn't really work, I think the party sucked so hard that it was just too much to recover from. I do think that those are two of the only bars I like in this whole city. What the fuck?
Also, my parents fly into town a week from today. I'm looking forward to seeing them but also don't feel completely qualified to entertain guests here. Oh well. In other visitation news, my good friend Ian is flying over here from Washington and we're going to go see Immortal at BB King's in NY on the 13th. So yeah, that's pretty cool, too.

Classic! I was legitimately going to introduce myself because I was fairly certain it was you, so that's where the staring must've happened. Sorry about that. But I also was picturing walking up to you in front of your parents and saying, "Hey what's up, I think we date the same people, how's it going?" That would have been awesome.
