My final review is coming up and I'm stressed out about it. That painting in the last photo I posted has been painted up, painted over, painted up again, painted over again and now painted up once more. It's oil on panel and it's 5' x 8' - here it is in progress:

So yeah, that's what I'm doing with my days. I'm of course, working on other stuff, but this is what I'm happiest with at the moment. In fact, it's really the only thing I've made since I got here that I'm all that happy with at all. It's still got a bunch of work to go, but I think it may be alright.

What the fuck is with these new profiles and the inability to list our favorite artists? It seems ironic that there's a limited number of characters available on the books list...I didn't even list ten. While I'm at it: could we please have more pictures of girls on couches? I'm really feeling like this site is lacking in the naked girls on couches department. Like maybe once a week there could be couch set day.

I'm kind of seeing someone. She's sweet and cute and she rides a bike and she's an artist. Still weird, but we're both exceptionally busy so it seems alright for the time being.

I'm going back to Washington for Christmas and my birthday. Two things...I had a terrible time the last trip I took back and I'm turning 27. For fuck's sake.

Agalloch is an awesome band and I'm kicking myself for not going to their CD release over the Summer while I was still on the west coast. Oh well. I've also been listening to a ton of BrainOil lately. I guess anything that I can listen to without becoming preoccupied with is what's appealing right now.

I was going to bitch about how much people and their stupid drama and over sensitivity pisses me off, but I've decided not to.
