There are so many exciting things happening around me that it just doesn't feel like real life to me! I'm closing in on having only one year left of mortuary school! like what??? It's taken me such a long time to get to this point in my life. my first time in college I was at a very bad place in my life and ended up failing. and when I say failing, I mean my overall gpa was a 0.6! so dealing with admissions offices at several colleges before I found one willing to help me start my life over. I just can't believe that I only have a year left, and with a 3.4 overall gpa! I'm already looking at internships, and considering a move if necessary. I didn't come all this way to settle somewhere I don't like living.
I see so many girls on here traveling and just taking over their life! I've struggled with anxiety and depression all alone for so long that I almost got accustomed to that helpless, stranded feeling. I was starting to just accept that I was going to be stuck here. (YUCK!) After joining this community, my self esteem has blossomed to the point where I'm starting to realize, I can do all these things too! I mean what's stopping me besides myself?!
so, for my 3 year anniversary with my beautiful girlfriend we are traveling to Colorado!! I've never been able to travel anywhere before so I'm excited to see new places that I've never seen before. we decided to make it a road trip since my girlfriend purchased a new car! again, what? is this my real life? I looked up beautiful places to see in Colorado, and I found hanging lake!
I mean how beautiful is that? I've never seen mountains before, or a waterfall, or even a clear lake! this will be such an awesome adventure to go on with my love. we both haven't done much traveling. have any of you seen this? if you've ever been to Colorado, or near hanging lake, what are some good places to check out? we won't stay long in Colorado, probably 2 or 3 days. it's hard to plan things on a small budget. plus, I don't want to burden our family too long with babysitting our animals. but I'm super excited to see this place 💕
I have three sg shoots planned for the next two months! I've been working out a lot to try and build my confidence a little bit more. it's definitely working! I feel so much better about myself just losing a little water weight. I probably didn't shed any pounds, which wasn't really my goal anyway. I've just lost that gross bloated look from eating dairy and gluten. I feel a lot better and I'm eating healthier so I feel better naked. I have a really good feeling about all of these future shoots!
I just can't believe I'm planning all of this. it doesn't feel like my life! I'm so excited and I just had to share my excitement!
