So this week's blog is fantastic!! I really had to think about this one for awhile because I LOVE FOOD! so be prepared everyone, this will probably make you hungry because for my last meal, 3 courses will not be enough. Thanks @rambo and @missy for this one, it really is fantastic
I would have to start my dinner out with ice cold sweet tea, because a southern girl loves nothing else! with this sweet tea, for starters I would love crispy tofu lettuce wraps! yum (: (for the meat eaters, this is basically the same as "normal" lettuce wraps but with crispy tofu instead of ground meat.) I love chinese food, and my absolute favorite dish would have to be lettuce wraps.
Now on to the next course, i would have to move onto some soup. My all time favorite soup is cauliflower and leek soup. MY GOD. If you have never had it before, you are really missing out. My girlfriend, @rkreeg, makes me make it quite often for fall and we never get tired of it. It is really great topped with green onions and some cheddar cheese (:

I think for the next course, I would want tofu pad thai for sure! I am addicted to anything tofu, and pad thai is just amazing. Anytime someone mentions noodles, my mind goes immediately to pad thai. I was debating between pad thai and sweet potato burgers so i think i would have both! I make my sweet potato burgers with a roasted garlic cream sauce, avocado, and sauteed mushrooms! so much yum!
I think to end it all, I would make some delicious hot tea and a really hot apple pie topped with vanilla ice cream and some caramel sauce. i am lactose intolerant but if it is my last meal, fuck it, i want some damn ice cream!! haha I love anything with apples. It is definitely my favorite fruit (:
so i think that would complete my final meal. a "salad", soup, burger, pasta, pie, and ice cream. did not realize how typical that meal was, just where my palate took me (; hope you're hungry
