Im a happy panda because these came today!
Also I just finally got cleaned up from getting back from Iraq. I spent most of yesterday cleaning up and throwing away shit in my room. Here's a nice little before picture of my secretary.
Umm lets see what else. Oh! I made it through my first week of my new workout schedule. I am now going to start running in the mornings in addition to lifting and bike/elliptical in the afternoon. Plus theres some cool supplements I want to try out when I get my taxes back. I am also thinking about giving up beer for a month. That may prove a lot harder than it sounds. I looove a nice cold pint. But from what I have read the extra calories and the effects of the alcohol on your system make it a lot harder for your body to build muscle.

I need to start running again and hitting hills and inclines in my runs. I have to go to Virginia in July for my Sergeant's course and I know they are gonna run the hell outta us.
i drink a lot soy milk, a good amount of juice, and a ton of water. I also probably have about one gatorade a day. I actually get the majority of my caloric intake from liquid, which a lot of nutritionists warn against, but I don't eat a whole lot. plus, I like my tummy.
