The latest and greatest from @Missy and @rambo — the best advice we've been given. I think the one thing that helps me get through just about anything is just to be in the moment. I got this tattoo as a reminder of that because it's easy for me to get caught up in the past, feeling nostalgic or guilty, and it's easy for me to get anxious wondering about the future and trying to make things turn out a certain way, but ultimately, if I just stay present and in the moment, I'm way better able to enjoy the little things and be grateful for all I have, and also way better able to work through difficult times.
