Hello everyone! It's been quite hard to keep up with life lately, but the fast pace has been kind of nice. Between work, helping out at the farm, getting ready for my 6 month road trip and bouncing up and down California to spend time with my long distance lover, my SG account has been a bit neglected. To make up for it, I'm doing my "homework" and attempting to give 10 facts:
1. My birthday is Christmas Eve. It's not awesome.
2. My favorite holiday is Halloween, because I loooove dressing up and getting weird.
3. I write. I write poetry, I write a lot of creative non-fiction, prose poetry, I have some screenplay projects going... I write a lot!
4. When I was 16 I studied abroad in Costa Rica for 5 months.
5. When I was 20 I studied in Spain for a year!
6. I've been a vegetarian for my entire life.
7. My first tattoo was the sparrow on my upper right shoulder. There's not a lot behind it, I just liked it visually.
8. Last year was my first year attending Burning Man and I absolutely loved it. I'll be back this year again (and would love to meet up with some burner babes while I'm there...)
9. I'm PAINFULLY shy and socially awkward. I want to meet people from this community but it also terrifies me. Most things terrify me a little.
10. I've already written about this a bit, but it's pretty much the most important thing to me right now — I'm about to embark on a 6mo road trip/creative adventure.
