Another wonderful homework from @missy, @lyxzen, and @rambo!
The game you would have seen me spend most time on while I was growing up was Yoshi's Island for Super Nintendo. I've always adored Yoshi, I asked my mom for multiple birthdays to buy me one until I finally realized I was asking for a baby dinosaur. Haha.
Yoshi's Island was a story of how Yoshi found baby Mario separated from his brother, Luigi. The whole game you're protecting baby Mario and fighting through the game to reunite him with his family in Toadstool Village.
I still have my original games too!
Another game I discovered at an older age and wasted most of my teenage years on was Zelda: Ocarina of Time for Nintendo 64.
You start out as Link as a kid and eventually play until he's an adult, fighting through temples. Most of the mission is to save Princess Zelda, return her kingdom to normal, and defeat the horrible Gannon. Ocarina of Time has/had some of the most unique bosses and enemies (to me) in video game history.
One particular this about this game that has always intrigued me was the music. I actually bought an ocarina and practice sones you learn in the game. Some of my text tones and alarms are tunes from Ocarina of Time.
It's an 'actual' Ocarina of Time like the one Princess Zelda gives Link in the game.
I've always enjoked video games though. Currently, I have quite a few favorites but thelse are definitely the ones that stood our from my younger years.
Do you guys have any good old school games for me to check out? I'd love to hear!
