That sounds like the perfect day- I'm glad you took the time to appreciate it.

Well, with my hair- let's see- I wash it about once or twice a week with shampoo- usually anything for "dry, Damaged " hair as it has the most moisturizers in it- but sometimes I use anything cuz its really the conditioners that are important for me. But a good shampoo really does help.

But I condition my hair in the shower every morning and finger comb it- usually I use the new pantene conditioner for natural or relaxed hair (I only comb my hair with a wide tooth comb when I shampoo it)
After I condition/shampoo I put on a heavy moistirizer, gel and like a frizz ease thing.

ALSO, Once a month I either put mayonnaise for a half hour on dry hair b4 I wash, or after I've washed it Ill put a rosemary rinse that I've boiled from fresh or dried rosemay leaves, or a hot oil- either of the three .

On a side note- I think that you really need to do some sexual/relationship exploring- its what your body and mind (not too sure about your heart) is calling out for.
