Well, after mostly skulking around the house and avoiding me, my husband came into the kitchen as I was fixing dinner and told me he wasn't going to sign any divorce papers.

I was stunned into speechlessness. He then said that if we did get divorced he would do whatever he could to get full custody of the baby but that custody doesn't matter because he won't sign for a divorce.

I'm at a loss at this point. I didn't think he would respond like this. I'd never give up my daughter and he knows that.
