I think I'm addicted to SlimJims. I can't ever eat just one. Then while the mildly spicy, meat taste is lingering on my tongue I begin to wonder what they are made of. whatever I'm too afraid to read the ingredients b/c then I might not want to eat them anymore and they are so tasty.

But being a southern girl with a country-southern SC father, I've been exposed to souse meat, pig feet, pickled pig feet, liver pudding, pig ears, chitlins, etc.. But also loving Japn food I eat eel, squid, seaweed and raw fish...

I'm not scared! ARRR!!! *goes to look at the ingredients list on can of SlimJims*

Hey!! 100 bullets is great! But it is a very different style of writing than the one Claremont does. Claremont deals a lot with melodramatic issues, where Azarello (100 bullets writer) without melodrama. 100 bullets is a very adult tipe of book, similar in a way to what Chandler and Ellroy does in prose novels. Also, the artist, Eduardo Risso (who is from Argentina!!) has a very cool and unique style. Oh, another thing I love about the book is the dialogue, which in comic book writing comes very close to what Bryan Michael Bendis, who is the master in comic books dialogue. To sum up, 100 bullets is an amazing book, althought what happened to me is that I started to enjoy Claremont less afterwards.
NEXT WEEK: ROBI ROSA!!!! smile a hug to you!!!
