anyhow, I didn't think your comparison sounded weird at all...on the contrary - I took it as a compliment. I think you're quite spot-on as far as what I believe in and what I'm willing to fight for. I'm very flattered thats what you saw in me, and pleased (but not surprised) to learn you're about the same sort of things. :]

PS - ...I think that you shouldn't avoid your therapist. I understand how scary all this might be for you but whatever the outcome may be, I believe that honesty is the best way to live our lives...it usually shows in the longterm...

All I can say there is that I think for most people therapy is a good thing. It can be scary, but, it can really help you to see what is going on. Just be sure that you have a therapist you are comfortable enough to be honest with.

I don't like the term bi-sexual either. I guess because it makes people assume some things about me that may not be true.

Re your comments to me: It is funny, growing up I hated my red hair. It was almost orange then and kind of frizzy. I thought it was my worst feature. Then as I grew older it turned into more of an auburn and I learned to control the curls. I love it now. One of my favorite things about my physical appearance.

Yes, I have been training since I was 8. Never really studied any one style. I had an older cousin who decided I needed to be able to defend myself. He taught me very well. When he decided he couldn't teach me anymore, I started training mostly on my own. Picking up various things from people I know, but, pretty much developing my own style.

Well hello yourself. Always nice to meet another fangirl. I have always liked Storm a lot. People tell me all the time I look like Jean Grey and every time I think how much cooler it would be to look like Ororo Monroe instead.

So just out of curiosity who is your favorite male superhero? Or who do you think is the sexiest? For me the answer to both is the Beast. Brains, brawn, wit and charisma all topped off with that primal animal magnetism. Sigh. I am not sure how I would react if I met someone blue & furry in real life. But I would like to find out.

Hey!! 100 bullets is great! But it is a very different style of writing than the one Claremont does. Claremont deals a lot with melodramatic issues, where Azarello (100 bullets writer) without melodrama. 100 bullets is a very adult tipe of book, similar in a way to what Chandler and Ellroy does in prose novels. Also, the artist, Eduardo Risso (who is from Argentina!!) has a very cool and unique style. Oh, another thing I love about the book is the dialogue, which in comic book writing comes very close to what Bryan Michael Bendis, who is the master in comic books dialogue. To sum up, 100 bullets is an amazing book, althought what happened to me is that I started to enjoy Claremont less afterwards.

Wow, you will not hear any guff from me-just because I don't want my skull split-but I have always felt that the United States has never appreciated their troops. They could be a little more helpful in the bill department, i.e. to pay the bills while one is enlisted.

You MUST get the Ult. X-men issues, the one ones where the Angel character is introduced especially, try the trade paperbacks of the series because they are easy to find and cheap. They are available by any online bookstore for example.
