Haven't written in this for a while. Same miserable thoughts going though my mind at the moment. Don't want to start repeating myself.

Missing my Ex, and her son loads, or am I just missing the company? Wish I knew for sure.

Joined the "depression outlet" group today. Good to know I'm not the only one feeling the way I do. Hopefully things will get better once I start seeing the counsellor at the end of the month. Hate having to wait though.

I know I'm spending far to much time on my own at the moment. I've been off work for ages. They're keen to get me back, but I don't want to break down in front of people at work. I need to know I'm stronger than I feel at the moment before I go back.

Ho hum. Out with my shift Wednesday, hope that goes OK.
