i fail at vacuum cleaner repair. i bought a small vacuum at goodwill for $4 today. it worked... the brush turned, it was just really really gross with hair and tinsel. i brought it home, cleaned it out and now the motor to turn the brush is dead. i just want to throw this thing off the balcony now. grr. frown
i'm going to go electrocute myself now.

Are you procrastinating on the work you should be doing by dicking around with the vacuum? Sounds like something I'd do, actually. wink

I know what you mean about cramming work in - I have about 12months left on my scholarship and about 3years worth of work to get done. Now my PhD is not in maths but even I know that is pushing things.
