I had a fun weekend... with the camping and the sunshine and the quiet away from this stupid apartment. The weekend involved wading through the wash for a mile, hiking at sunset, archaeological ruins, and may or may not have involved wandering around naked under the stars. shocked

Wee. It's back to school for me but I do feel rejuvenated.

Hi OT - I have this crazy stupid idea that I've been kicking around all winter, and it's now getting warm enough to actually carry out. It has to do with your neck of the woods, so I wanted to get your input.

I want to drive out to the southwest (preferably NM, but AZ will do), set up camp somewhere isolated out in the desert with a lot of water, a little food, an array of intoxicants, and just hang out for a day or two. Hiking would be good at some point. Do you know anywhere a guy could do that without too much human contact?
